These terms cover your use of Personal ProTemplate Social Media Manager at social.protemplate.xyz, a personal tool for posting to Facebook Pages and running Meta ads. Using the app means accepting them.
What the app is
A personal tool its owner runs for their own Facebook Pages and Meta ad account. It is not a public service: accounts are for the owner and anyone they allow.
Your part
- Connect only Pages and ad accounts you are allowed to manage.
- Follow Facebook's and Meta's terms and policies, including the Community Standards and the Advertising Standards.
- You are responsible for what you publish and for the money your ads spend. The app's spending limits help you keep to a budget, but Meta's own spending limit on your ad account is the hard stop.
- Keep your password and your AI access tokens to yourself.
Facebook and Meta
The app works through Meta's APIs. Meta may change or limit them, reject ads, or remove content, and the app cannot promise what Meta decides or that its services are available.
No warranty
The app is provided as it is. It may have errors or be unavailable, and a post or an ad may fail or go out late.
Liability
As far as the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or money spent on ads. The app is free, and any liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Ending
You may stop using the app at any time and ask for your data to be deleted (see Delete your data). Access may be ended for misuse.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new effective date.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
