Personal ProTemplate Social Media Manager ยท Effective 31 October 2026
Personal ProTemplate Social Media Manager is a personal tool at social.protemplate.xyz. Its owner uses it to schedule posts to their own Facebook Pages and to run Meta ads on their own ad account, connecting to Facebook through the Meta app MYPageManagement. This policy says what it stores, why, who else handles it, and how to delete it.
What it stores
- Your account: your name, your email address and a hash of your password - never the password itself.
- Your Facebook connection: the access token you give it, encrypted; the permissions Facebook granted that token; your Pages' names and ids; and each Page's access token, encrypted.
- What you make: your posts' text and links, their photos and videos, their schedules and the Pages they go to.
- What Facebook reports back: each published post's Facebook id and its reactions, comments and shares; and for each ad, Meta's ids, its status, Meta's review reasons, and its results - reach, impressions, link clicks, amount spent, purchases and their value.
- Your ad settings: the ad accounts you chose, their Pixel, and the spending limits you set.
- AI access tokens you create, stored only as a hash.
- A cookie that keeps you signed in, and one that remembers the light or dark theme. Your IP address, to limit repeated sign-in attempts.
How it is used
Only to do what you ask of it: publish and schedule your posts, show their results, make and manage your ads within your limits, and let AI agents you authorize do the same. It runs no advertising, analytics, profiling or tracking. It sells nothing, and shares nothing for anyone else's use.
Data from Facebook
What the app receives from Facebook - your Pages, their tokens, and your posts' and ads' results - is used only for the features above, only for the account that connected it, and is handled under Meta's Platform Terms. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never passed to anyone but the services named below.
Who else handles it
- Meta Platforms: the app sends your posts, photos, videos and ad instructions to Facebook through Meta's APIs, and reads your Pages and the results back. What you publish on Facebook is covered by Meta's own terms and privacy policy.
- Cloudflare: hosts the app and keeps its database and files.
- An AI agent you connect with an AI access token: it can do only what you allowed that token.
No one else receives your data.
How long it is kept
Until you delete it.
- Disconnecting Facebook on the Pages screen deletes your Facebook token and every Page's token at once.
- Deleting a post deletes it with its photos and videos.
- An uploaded file that no post or ad uses is deleted after a day.
- To delete your account and everything in it, follow Delete your data.
Security
Facebook tokens are encrypted at rest, passwords are stored only as hashes, AI access tokens are stored as hashes and shown once, and every connection uses HTTPS.
Children
The app is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date.
